Before starting your return, please note
Minor pet hair, signs of washing, and everyday use are considered normal wear and tear and are acceptable for return.
Items returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
Two-Piece Rug Systems must be returned together, including both the Rug Cover and Rug Pad.
If multiple items arrived in the same package, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] for help with your return.
Items purchased through a third-party retailer or website must be returned through the original seller.
Products marked FINAL SALE. No Return, plus Spot Cleaner & Stain Remover, Gift Cards, and Sample Swatches, are not eligible for return or exchange.
A return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee depends on the size and type of item being returned.
Tier 1: $10 USD - Doormats, Bath Mats, Pillows, Pet Beds, and select small rug sizes (2x3, 2x5, 2x6, 2.5x7, 2.5x10)
Tier 2: $25 USD - Medium rug sizes (3x5, 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, 6.5x9.5, 2.5x12) and Play Mats
Tier 3: $40 USD - Large rug sizes (8x10, 9x12, 10x14, 6' round, 8' round)
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If multiple payment methods were used, the refund is split back across those methods accordingly.
